To load a new video into your account,

Select the Videos tab.

Select the New Video button.

Give your video a name then select the Pick Your Video button and select the video you want to upload from your computer.

As soon as you select your video the upload begins,

When upload is complete you will be presented with the completed video upload screen, a temporary thumbnail explaining what is happening with your video.

Once conversion has completed, this message will be replaced with the first frame of the video as the video thumbnail. Select the Videos tab then select edit on your video. In this edit view you can change the thumbnail, which is the still image that is used to represent the video until it starts playing.

You can select where on the received email you want the on-screen play button to appear by selecting your choice in the "Choose play button position:" section to the right.

The "Video Description:" field is for notes within this Modify screen for your own management purposes and will not display with the received video.

Once the conversion is complete you can change the thumbnail image. You change the thumbnail by playing the video and selecting the frame you want to display. To set the thumbnail you select the Thumb button on the player.

You can either pause the video and select the Thumb button or, select the Thumb button while it is playing, which will pause the video playback and set the thumb. When thumbnail selection is saved you will see the message, "New thumbnail image saved."

Once you have completed all of the modifications you wish to make for this video select the Save button.

You have successfully completed a video upload. The video is now available for you to include in your emails.
