Video Open Rate (VOR) is a very useful statistic to measure actual recipient engagement with your email. Because BombBomb requires a recipient to click on the play button in order to view the video, VOR is a video Click Through Ratio.

BombBomb provides Video Open Rate calculations for every email sent. The VOR is listed on the Email Performance page as Plays.

For example,

15.91%
      121

where 15.91% is the Video Open Rate and 121 is the number of unique video views (Plays) for this email.

Video Open Rate is calculated like this:

VOR (%)  = unique video plays / (number of emails opened)
