Getting Your Support Request Communications

NOTICE: To prevent your support request communications from going to your junk mail, please add:

support@bombbombzendesk.com to your safe senders.

To receive the quickest service provide your phone number. To provide your phone number in your support profile,

 

Select the profile link at the top-right of the support page. support-profile.PNG

Select the Edit link to the right of your name

Enter your phone number in the field provided.

Select the Update button at the bottom of the page. You are returned to your profile page and will see a notification that your profile has been updated. Your phone number will appear below your name and email address.
