How the BombBomb — Fellowship One API Integration Works

Jump to Setup   |   Jump to Your Fellowship One Lists

Your Fellowship One group names are retrieved into BombBomb to create lists. If you have a group named, for example, "Tuesday Night Bible Study", then a list is created in your BombBomb account named, "Tuesday Night Bible Study", which you can select as a target list for sending an email to.

These lists are viewable in the Lists tab

F1-list-icon.PNGWhen you select the Lists tab, those lists which are your Fellowship One groups lists have a custom list icon to identify them. The list icon with the text "F1" denotes that list as a Fellowship One group with the same name as the list.
The BombBomb Fellowship One API will create lists for every group that the user credentials supplied has permissions to.

The BombBomb API only retrieves information from your Fellowship One account. BombBomb has not been developed with any write functions to put information in to your Fellowship One account. You cannot edit Fellowship One information from within BombBomb.

The Fellowship One lists in BombBomb will display no contacts in the list until you have sent an email to that list. The email address of group members is retrieved when a job is queued on the BombBomb email delivery system.
