Managing Your Billing

You can manage your BombBomb subscription on the Billing page. You can upgrade and downgrade your account, change which credit card to charge, modify your billing address, review your billing history and cancel your account if you wish. You no longer need to contact customer service to make billing changes; you control your billing.

To get to the Billing page,

  1. Log in to your BombBomb account.
  2. Select the "My Profile" link at the top right of the page.
  3. Select the Billing link at the top middle of the My Profile page.

Selecting the "upgrade account" button at the bottom left of the Profile page displays the Billing page also.

The billing page is displayed showing you your current contact count and subscription level at the top of the page.

The package of your current billing is displayed as "Current Package." This is your current subscription level.

Below this are two sections titled "Subscription Levels" and "My Payment Details".

If you want to upgrade or downgrade your account it is in the Subscription Levels section that you choose the subscription level you want.

If you are a non-profit organization you would select the Non-Profit Pricing link to change to the non-profit pricing schedule. The reverse is true if you are viewing the Non-Profit Pricing, this link would read as "Business Pricing."

To the right of the Subscription Levels panel is the "My Payment Details" section.

Your payment details consists of your credit card information and billing address.

For example, to change which credit card you want BombBomb to charge, enter your new card info then select the "Update Card Info" button.

 

Tip: To avoid billing address mismatch problems, use the billing address associated with the credit card.

Your payment history is displayed below the Subscription Levels and My Payment Details section.

A line for each payment appears in the Billing History.

Below your Billing History is the "Cancel My Account" button.
