Using the Chat Tool

You can chat with BombBomb staff from various locations throughout the BombBomb web site. Chat is available for you to get immediate answers. It is an easy way to share web site links and for the BombBomb customer service staff to know some information about your session such as what browser you are using; which is always a popular question. :)

 

chat-tab_bb-www_ask-us.gifWherever you see this button on the BombBomb website, clicking it will open a chat window for you to chat with a BombBomb representative.
From the public facing, or WWW, site, clicking the Ask Us button will start a chat with one of BombBomb's Customer Relationship agents (sales).
Clicking this button while logged into the BombBomb application will start a chat with a BombBomb Customer Happiness agent (support).

Look for the fb-chatwithus-btn.png item in the sidebar.

 

When using chat please give the agent a moment to respond. Once you click submit or press enter there are a few seconds delay before the agent's chat windows pops up with your request at which point the agent has a lot of information to consume before replying,

Your BombBomb agent will respond as quickly as he or she can, we know you are waiting. They may even respond with a simple one or two word response just to let you know they are there. Expect to see more in a moment.

Chat is a useful tool for what it is but it has its limitations. Knowing that it takes a moment to review and respond will help you get the assistance you need.
