How Can I Use Drip Email Marketing?

Whether you already know and understand drip email and how you'll use it or you're not quite sure how we've just empowered you, here's a good and proper intro to this new feature.

Main Ideas

  • Build a series of emails and easily tie them together in a sequence (a drip campaign)
  • Choose the minute, hour, day, week, month, and/or year that each one gets sent (they "drip" at intervals you choose)
  • Use different times of day in an A/B test to see when your drip emails are most likely to be opened, watched, and clicked
  • Enjoy the automatic sending of the entire series of emails based on the way you set it up
  • Nurture a new or existing prospect, customer, member, or subscriber with a drip campaign
  • Count down to a store opening, product launch, new feature, annual or seasonal sale, contest, or other special event with a drip campaign
  • Manually put individuals or entire lists into a drip campaign
  • Automatically put individuals into a drip campaign based on a BombBomb form fill or a CRM form fill (dual capture in BombBomb and in your CRM (where supported) - advanced feature)
  • Let your recipients automatically put themselves into one of several drips by clicking a link in your email (advanced feature)
  • Set up your drip to automatically add or remove people based on a trigger event like making a purchase (advanced feature)
