Audio video out of sync using in-app video recorder

If the audio and video do not sync open the Flash Global Settings either by opening the Flash Player control panel item in Windows or by right-clicking (Mac: Command+click) on the in-app video recorder and selecting Global Settings.

Select the Advanced tab then select the Delete All... button in the Browsing Data and Settings section at the top.

The Delete All Site Data and Settings should have a check in it.

DO NOT put a check in the Delete All Audio and Video License Files.

Select the Delete Data button.

Close the Global Settings window and try your video recording again.
