Each BombBomb account has an account profile. You can view your account profile by selecting the "My Profile" link at the top-right of every BombBomb page.

Your account profile page contains contact information, your user information and your subscription level and number of unique contacts loaded into your account.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

The information in the left column is required for compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act. BombBomb automatically includes whatever information is stored in the left column of the account profile in the footer of every email address. We do this to help you achieve the highest deliverability rates that you can.

Recipients of your emails can see that the email is from someone who they want to receive emails from by viewing the contact information at the bottom.

If you want to provide a generic email address in the footer of an email rather than the user's personal email you can change it. Perhaps you would want something like “info@mywebsite.com”, or “contactus@mywebsite.com” to appear.

At the bottom of the same section you will see the "Subscription" and "Contacts in your account" fields. These fields show what level of BombBomb video email subscription you have purchased and how many unique email addresses you have loaded into your account. "Contacts in your account" is not a count of all contacts on all lists but rather a count of total, unique email addresses as it applies toward your subscription.

User Email

You will notice that there are two email addresses. The User Email in the right column is the one you use to log in to BombBomb. This is also the email address and user name that is used to auto-fill the From Name and From Email on each new email template. You can change this to have new templates auto-fill with a different email address but you will also be using that email address to log in to your BombBomb account with.

Billing and Integrations

Your billing history, subscription level and credit card information is managed in Billing by selecting the Billing link.

If you use one of BombBomb's partner's software products, which are Church Community Builder, IconCMO, Fellowship One and Access ACS, then you would make use of the Integrations section by clicking the Integrations link.

Affiliate Link

If you are a BombBomb reseller, your affiliate link is located in the Affiliate link field. This is the link you use to link to BombBomb so that you are credited for the web referral.
