Essentials

If you have BombBomb Essentials, you can add an Add-on through the self-service portal ("Manage Account" button). Keep in mind, once an Add-on has been added, you will no longer be able to manage your own subscription. With BombBomb Essentials, you can:

• Remove BombBomb logo: Showcase your brand only by removing the BombBomb logo from your video player page.

Plus

If you have BombBomb Plus, you can add an Add-on from the navigation panel in the left sidebar. You can also add an Add-on through the self-service portal ("Manage Account" button). Keep in mind, once an Add-on has been added, you will no longer be able to manage your own subscription. With BombBomb Plus, you can:

• Remove BombBomb logo: Showcase your brand only by removing the BombBomb logo from your video player page.
• Add Additional contacts: Need to send to more than the 3,500 contacts included in your subscription? Buy Additional contacts of 500 at a time.
• Template: Let the pros create a custom-branded email template for you. We can include your logo, colors, website links, social links — whatever you'd like. 
• Template update: Looking to update a custom email template we've already built for you? Buy a Template update for a reboot.  

Teams

If you're a member of a Team, only your team admin can add Add-ons to your subscription, via the billing page.

Prompt

If you have Prompt, you can add an Add-on from the navigation panel in the left sidebar. You can also add an Add-on through the self-service portal ("Manage Account" button). Keep in mind, once an Add-on has been added, you will no longer be able to manage your own subscription. With Prompt, you can:

How to add Add-ons for BombBomb essentials

Step 1: To add an Add-on to your BombBomb essentials account, hover over your name in the top right corner of your Dashboard. Then, click "Subscription."

Step 2: Then, click the blue "Manage Account" button. 

Step 3: Click on your Subscription.

Step 4: Then click "Edit Subscription." 

Step 5: After that, click the "Add Add-ons" button.

Step 6: Then, select the Add-on you'd like to add to your Subscription. Don't forget to click the "Add" button at the bottom of this screen.

How to add Add-ons for BombBomb Plus

To add White Labeling or Contact Buckets to BombBomb Plus, follow the same directions as outlined above for BombBomb Essentials.

Step 1: To add Custom Email or Template Tune-Up to BombBomb Plus, hover over your name in the top right corner of your Dashboard. Then, click "Subscription."

Step 2: Then, click the "Add-ons" in the left panel. 

Step 3: Choose the Add-on you'd like to add to your Subscription.

How to add Add-ons for Prompt

To add White Labeling or Contact Buckets to Prompt, follow the same directions as outlined above for our BombBomb Plus and BombBomb Essentials.

Step 1: To add Custom Email or Template Tune-Up to BombBomb Prompt, hover over your name in the top right corner of your Dashboard. Then, click "Subscription."

Step 2: Then, click the "Add-ons" in the left panel. 

Step 3: Choose the Add-on you'd like to add to your Subscription.
