Hey there, and welcome to the first video in BombBomb’s Getting Started series!
Since you’re here, you must be new to BombBomb and are looking for some direction. Don’t worry – we’ve got you covered.
In this quick video, you’ll get a brief overview of your account upon first logging in so you can get moving as fast as possible. You’ll get familiar with the BombBomb environment and learn how to navigate your account so you know exactly where to go for what you need.
We’ll talk about the account homepage, each available tab and what it’s for, completing and editing your profile, the Quick Send function, and different options you have for upgrading and adding some cool stuff to your account.

To log into your BombBomb account, head to www.bombbomb.com and click "Login" in the upper right corner. Fill in the fields with your login information. If you forgot your password, you can always click the "Forgot Password?" link to send yourself a reset password email.
This is the BombBomb Dashboard where you are able to send a video and keep track of activities in your account. You can also view a live tracking feed as well as add to your contacts and email campaigns.
This is the Contacts tab. Here you can add, delete, manage, and organize the contacts that you send emails and videos to. This is also where, if you'd like, you can create contact lists to make sending easier.
This is the Emails tab. This tab stores all of your emails and any emails you've previously sent. You can create a brand new customized email from scratch, or edit and re-use an email you've already sent.
This is the Videos tab. You'll be spending a lot of time here! This is where you will go to record new videos, upload previously recorded videos, edit thumbnail images, and more. Any video you record using BombBomb or the BombBomb mobile app will live here.
This is the Forms tab. In here, you can create customized forms that can capture customer information. You can make a form for anything! From newsletter sign-ups and RSVPs to surveys and questionnaires, this tab is useful to gather contact information.
This is the Automations tab. This is where you can create an automation, or a series or pre-built emails scheduled to send in a specific order once a recipient or list is added. Creating campaigns are a great way to stay engaged with your contacts.
This is the Quick Send button. Using this is the fastest, easiest way to send a video as soon as possible. The sender includes a placeholder for a video you can record, choices of your personal customized or generic email templates, and the option to add additional text.
When you hover over your name in the top right corner you can access your profile information and account settings.
To edit your profile, click the "Edit My Profile" button. This is where you fill out your contact information, which will populate your email signature and ensure you're compliant with CAN-SPAM laws. You can change information in certain sections by switching tabs.
The "Subscription" section is where you go to find information on your current Bombbomb subscription. In here, you can update your billing information and upgrade your subscription level if you choose.
The "Integrations" section will provide you with information about our integration partners. You can go here to get started on setting up integrations for featured platforms, or to get our API key if you'd like to create your own integration set-up.
The "Add-Ons" section is where you'll go if you want to see or purchase additional services we offer. Some of these services include ordering a customized email design, whitelabeling to remove BombBomb branding from your emails, or even purchasing "buckets" of contacts to increase your contact limit.
The "Support" section is going to be one of your best resources for getting help with your BombBomb account, whether immediate or at your own pace. You can read support articles, watch video tutorials, and get our Customer Care team's contact information in here.
