If you'd prefer to read, here's a step by step:
The Emails tab is where all of your emails live, with the most recent email being located at the very top of the page. This is your email library and where you will go to access old emails or create new emails.
On the left, you'll see a series of labels. You can label your emails in order to stay more organized and access certain emails faster. The top section are auto labels, which are automatically pinned to your emails based on which platform you've created the email from.
The bottom section includes labels that you've created yourself. To make a new label, click the pencil icon and type in the name for the label. Once you're finished, click the green checkmark to create the label.
When the label is created, click "Exit" next to the pencil icon to exit the label creation mode.
To apply a label to an email, you can either one of two ways: click and drag the label to the email, or click and drag the email over to the label. Once you've labeled your email, you can click directly on that label to see all of the emails that possess that specific label.
In the upper right of the Emails tab, you also have selections to view your sending history, upload files, or search your email library.
Sending history will display all of the emails you've sent in the last 30 days, as well as the tracking statistics for each. You can check out the number delivered, total opens, total clicks, and total plays for each email.
The files dropdown allows you to upload images or documents that you may want to attach to an email later on. These images and documents will be stored within BombBomb, and you will be able to access them at any time.
You can also search for any email within your email library using the search function.
There are several different things you can do with individual emails in your email library. If you click the "Preview" button, you can preview an email. You can do this before you send an email to see how it looks, or after you send an email to see the finished product.
If you'd like to edit an email, you can click the "Edit" button. This allows you to change anything within the email, such as the template, text, images, video, etc.
The dropdown arrow next to the "Edit" button offers more functions. You can send the email from here, view the email's tracking statistics, make a copy of the email, delete the email, or view information to link and/or share the email on your other channels.
The "Link & Share" button allows you to post your email to your social media channels. It is worth noting that once your email has been posted to social media, BombBomb will then only track "plays" relayed from your social media channel. The actual person who plays the video, however, cannot be tracked.
When you view an email in your email library, you can get a glimpse of some general information. Right next to the email snapshot will be the email title, the subject line, the date and time the email was created, and the label attached to that email, if applicable.
To build a new email from scratch using the email composer, click "New Email" at the top. You will then be directed to our email composer where you can begin customizing a brand new email.
