If you have a team account with BombBomb, it's likely that members of your team all use similar material when doing business. But the inconvenience of each member having to create the same stuff can get a little irritating. What a bummer.
With BombBomb, you have the unique ability to share content with members of your team so you don't have this problem!
As an admin, you can share emails, templates, videos, and even automations with your team members. This function helps to streamline your team's workflow, helping everyone to be on the same page and ensuring content isn't recreated more than once if it isn't necessary.

Sharing content with your team members is a great way to ensure you and your team are using the same tools and being consistent. To start, navigate to your Emails tab.
Once you've started a team, you'll notice on the left side of your screen that you will have an email label for your team. To share an email, all you have to do is drag and drop. You can either drag and drop the email into the label, or drag and drop the label to the email.
To unshare an email that you've shared with your team, hover over your team's label on the email you've shared and click the small "X" to remove the label. This will unshare the email.
The process for sharing videos works exactly the same way. When clicking on the Videos tab, you can either drag and drop the video into the label, or drag and drop the label to the video.
If you want to share templates with your team, you'll need to access the Email Composer to reach the template library. To do this, begin by clicking on the Emails tab and then either "Edit" on a current email on your list or "New Email."
Once you're in the Email Composer, on the left side you'll see a button called "Change Template" under the "Design" tab. Click this to access your template library.
You'll now see all of the available templates you have in your library. Click the gear wheel icon for whichever email you'd like to share with your team and click the "Manage" option.
You'll see your teams populate when you click this option. Check the box next to the team you want to share this template with, and the template will now be available for your team to use. If the template you shared happens to be a template dedicated to your Quick Send function, your team will be able to use the template when they use the Quick Send option.
To share an automation, click the Automations tab.
Next to the automation you'd like to share, click the dropdown and the "Add to Group" option.
You'll see a dropdown appear on your screen. Select your team from this dropdown and then click the "Add" button.
Once you click the "Add" button, the automation has been shared with your team. If you'd like to unshare the automation, follow these same steps and then click the "Remove from Group" option underneath the dropdown.
To share a form, start by clicking on the Forms tab.
Click the "Edit" button on the form that you'd like to share with your team.
Scroll to the very bottom of the form and you'll see a dropdown under "Admin Tools" that allows you to add this form to a group. Click the dropdown, select your team, and then click "Add." To unshare a form from a group, follow this same process and click the link under the dropdown to remove the form from its shared status.
