If you have a team account with BombBomb, it's likely that members of your team all use similar material when doing business. With BombBomb, you have the unique ability to share content with members of your team, including videos, emails and templates! This streamlines your workflow and saves time, ensuring content is only created once.
Watch this video to learn how to share content with your team or read the step-by-step information below.
If you'd prefer to read, here's a step by step:
Step 1: Sharing a Video or Email
To start, navigate to your Emails or Videos tab — wherever the content you'd like to share is.
Once you've started a team, you'll notice on the left side of your screen that you have a label for your team. To share an email or video, all you have to do is drag and drop. You can either drag and drop the email or video onto the label, or drag and drop the label onto the email or video. Once it's shared, you'll see a Shared icon on the lower left of the email.
Step 2: Un-sharing a Video or Email
To unshare an email or video that you've shared with your team, hover over your team's label on the email or video and click the small "X" to remove the label.
Step 3: Sharing a Template
If you want to share templates with your team, you'll need to access the Email Composer to reach the template library. To do this, begin by clicking on the Emails tab and then either "Edit" on a current email on your list or "New Email."
Once you're in the Email Composer, on the left side you'll see a button called "Change Template" under the "Design" tab. Click this to access your template library.
You'll now see all of the available templates in your library. To find your templates, click "My Templates" on the right. Then click the gear wheel icon for the template you'd like to share with your team and click the "Manage" option.
You'll see your teams populate when you click this option. Check the box next to the team you want to share this template with, and the template will now be available for your team to use. If the template you shared happens to be a template dedicated to your Quick Send function, your team will be able to use the template when they use the Quick Send option.
Step 4: Un-sharing a Template
To un-share a template, you will go through the same steps as above to access the template you'd like to un-share. Click the gear wheel icon for the template you'd like to un-share and click the "Manage" option. Un-click the teams you'd like to stop sharing the content with.
