Setting up a digital business card using Forms

Important Note: In order to use this feature, you need to have access to the Forms tab. Forms is no longer a feature offered with our newer subscription plans, and cannot be added at this time. If you have Forms and would like to use digital business cards, please email support@bombbomb.com to have this featured added to your account. 

Ever returned home from a networking event flooded with business cards, sifting through endless pieces of cardboard...only to lose sight of most people you spoke with and who to follow up with?

With BombBomb, you can create your very own digital business card! Instead of taking business cards from others, you can have people input their information into a BombBomb form. Once their information is submitted, a video response (filmed by you!) is immediately sent to the email address provided. Would you rather exchange cards with someone who will likely not remember you, or stand out by introducing yourself face-to-face without having to even be present?

Setting up your digital business card is easy and quick. Check out the short videos below to learn how to set up and use your digital business card so you can start networking like a boss!

Step 1: The first step is making sure your profile includes a headshot and your organization's logo. Head into your profile settings to complete this step. Watch this video to see how.  

Step 2: Now it's time to make the video you want to automatically send to your new contacts once they fill out the form. You'll get this done in your digital business card pre-made template. Watch this video to learn how.
 


Step 3: The contact information captured will automatically be put into its own contact list inside of BombBomb. This way, it's easy to find and keep track of who has filled out your form.




Step 4 (Android): If you have an Android, this one's for you. Pinning your form to the home screen of your mobile device makes it easily accessible while you're out and about networking like a pro. 
 


Step 4 (iOS): If you have an iPhone, this is your stop. Tack the form right to your home screen on your mobile device so you can pull it up anywhere, anytime.
