Once you're all finished setting up your profile and uploading your Prompt sphere campaign list, you may be wondering about your email sends now. What will they look like? Good news: as a Prompt customer, you get your Prompt email template made for you by our design team for free!
All that's left to do is for you to order your Prompt email template, and you'll be set to go on your Prompt email send.

To order an email design from BombBomb's professional designers, begin by hovering over your name in the upper right corner of your corner and click on "Add-Ons."
You'll see two different places to click for a custom email design: on the left side of your screen on the "Custom Email Design" tab or in the middle of your screen where it says "We'll design you a Custom Email." You can click either of these options, as they both lead to the same page.
Once you do that, you'll be taken to the custom email design order form. This form has six questions to get you started on your email design so our designers can have the information they need. The designer will email you directly once the proof (which takes 12-15 days from the time of order) is completed, and you can request adjustments from there.
If you'd like your email design to mirror the look of your website, page your website URL in the field for the first question. Also, make sure that "Yes" is selected here.
For question two, you can attach any images from your computer of your logo, headshots, branding, photography, etc. These will be used in creating your email header.
You can include your social media URLs for question three if you don't already have them in your profile. These will be used in your social media icons included in your email design.
If you'd like to include a navigation bar at the top of your email design, you can put some links in the field for question four that you want to be included. Otherwise, this field can be left blank.
Questions five and six are fields for additional information that you'd like the designer to know when creating your email design. This is where you would include anything that is not already in your profile but you would want in your email design.
At the very bottom, there is a field for a promotional code. Since you are a Prompt customer, type in the code "PROMPT" in all caps (this field is case sensitive!) and hit the enter key. You should see your total drop to 0. (This code will only work for Prompt customers.)
Once you're finished filling out your form, click the "Order Now!" button. In 12-15 days, you will hear from your designer directly on your first proof!
