Ordering your template for Prompt emails

Once you've set up your profile and uploaded your Prompt Sphere campaign list, you might have questions about your email sends. The good news is that as a Prompt customer, you receive a free email template created by our design team.

To get started, simply order your Prompt email template.

Step 1: In your BombBomb account, hover over your name in the upper right corner and click "Settings"

Step 2: On this page, you'll find there are two places you can access the custom email design page. You will see it as one of the icons in the middle of the page, and you will also see it listed as one of the options on the left side. You can click either of these places — they will both take you to the same custom email design page.

Step 3: On the custom email design, the first thing you'll see is a video of our email designers. Watch their video to learn every single step of the ordering process so you can have the fastest, smoothest order. 

Step 4: If you scroll down, you'll also see some examples of custom email designs our designers have made. Though every design is unique, this can give you ideas if you're struggling. When you're finished on this page, click the "Next" button on the status bar at the bottom of the page.

Step 5: On all the following steps, you will see a video explaining what to do at each step.

On the status bar, you'll also be able to see how much money is in your cart. If you have any promo codes, you will be able to enter these on the very last step before you submit your order.

Step 6: At the end of the customization process, you'll have the opportunity to record a video for the designers with any additional information about your desired email design. Sometimes explaining things is easier in person instead of through text!

Step 7: Since you're a Prompt customer, you get a FREE custom email design. On the last page, enter the "PROMPT" promo code in all caps in the promo code field. Don't forget to do this or you'll be charged the regular price for your template! Once you check the promo code, your total will change to $0. When you're satisfied with everything you've entered, click the "Submit Your Order" button at the bottom of the page.
