With BombBomb's email composer, you can easily build and send video emails that are visually attractive using our pre-formatted or custom-designed email templates.

Here are the step-by-step instructions. (Want to use our quick-and-easy Quick Send email feature? Click here to learn how.)
Step 1: Open a new email by navigating to your Emails tab in your BombBomb account, and then clicking "New Email."
Step 2: Select the Advanced Composer option to access the email composer and template library.
Step 3: Select an email template by clicking "Change Template" in the Design tab in your left panel.
- You can find different email templates by clicking on the categories on the right. These pre-formatted templates will give you the building blocks for a well-designed email. (If you want to create your own, including adding your own colors and graphics, we recommend started with a Jump Start template.) You will find any template you have created or any custom email template you've ordered under "My Templates."
Step 4: Once you've found a template you like, hover over it and click "Choose" in the lower right corner.
Pro Tip: If you enter text into your text boxes and then switch templates, your text changes won't be retained. So make sure to pick your template first!
Step 5: Add your subject and preheader (the text that appears after or below your subject line), and what you'd like the email to be saved as. The "Save As" field won't be viewable by your recipients but can help you organize and find your emails.
Step 6: To add or record your video, just click in the grey box that says "Click to Add Image or Video." Then in the left panel, you can choose to record a new video, upload one from your computer, or select one from your video library.
Step 7: Add your email text by clicking in the text box and typing. A hovering formatting bar will appear above it, so you can format your text if desired. You can also use the Design tab in the left panel to change the format and color, if desired. You can also use the controls on the text box to enlarge or move it, as desired.
Step 8: Your signature box is pre-populated with variables. This means that as long as your profile is up to date, your name, phone number, address, etc. will automatically be added to your email. If any of these fields aren't filled out in your profile, they won't appear in your signature.
Step 9: Make sure to always save your work by clicking "Save" at the top right of your screen. You can also preview your email by clicking "Preview" in the top right. When you're all ready, click "Send" at the top top to share your email!
Step 10: From your send screen, you can add the contacts or contact list you'd like to send to, as well as selecting whether you'd like to schedule your email or send it immediately. Click "Send" when you're all ready to go!
Additional information: Can't wait to see how your email does? Check out your tracking page, by going to the Emails tab and clicking the "Track" icon next to your email. This will tell you how many opens, plays, clicks, comments, and likes your email is getting!
