If you're in real estate, you know how important it is to stay top of mind with your clients. Your relationships with your clients will thrive if you work to build a personal connection. And when you remember important dates and events in their lives, they remember you!
Prompt keeps track of all the special occasions in the lives of your clients so that you have no problem remembering to send them a personal message or video. There's no better way to show you care than by sending personal greetings to clients on a special day in their lives. The one-to-one send is the most important feature of Prompt because it inspires a true connection with someone who matters to you.
Check out the video above to learn how to create your own one-to-one send for Prompt!
If you'd prefer to read, here's a step by step:
To start, log into your BombBomb account and click on the "Prompt" tab at the top of your screen. On the left side, you will see that your prompts are broken into campaigns and one-to-ones. If you'd like to create a one-to-one sends for birthdays or home anniversaries (these are automatically provided for you), hover next to one of these sections and click the gearwheel icon (those who have not set up anything yet will see an exclamation mark instead, which is totally fine).
Once you open the edit options for one-to-ones, you have the choice of either recording a brand new video or choosing a video from your library to add. Click "Record Video" to record on the spot.
When the recorder appears, click the red recording button at the bottom of the recorder to begin filming your video. Once you're finished, click that same red dot to stop recording.
Once you're finished, you have the same options at the bottom of your video you usually have when recording a new video in BombBomb: playing the video back, re-recording the video, or choosing a thumbnail image. Once you're satisfied with your video, click the "Save & Use" button. The video will then be added to your one-to-one.
If you'd prefer to choose a video instead, you can click the "Choose Video" button on the edit options for one-to-ones.
You will see all the videos available to you in your library. To choose one, either click on the video itself or hover over the video and click the "Choose" button. The video will then be added to your one-to-one.
Once you've chosen a video, you can edit the details of the one-to-one send by clicking the "Details" dropdown.
Once you've finished editing your one-to-one, click the "Save & Start" button. The bot has now been activated.
Now we'll cover the steps of creating your very own one-to-one from scratch. You can see this option on the left side of your screen where it says "New" underneath one-to-ones. But first, we'll need to create a custom date field to add to the bot. To do this, click the "Forms" tab at the top of your screen.
Once in the Forms tab, click the "Custom Fields" button at the top.
Now you will want to create a custom field for a date. To do this, scroll to the "New Custom Field" section at the bottom. Enter a field name, change the "Field Type" dropdown to "Date," and then click the "Create New Field" button.
Now that you've created a custom date field, head back to the Prompt tab and click the "New" button under one-to-ones.
Fill in all the necessary fields/textboxes and choose a video to use. Once you've done this, under the "Event" dropdown, select the custom date field you have just created.
Once you're finished, click the "Save & Start" button at the bottom. Now you have officially created your own bot.
The last step would be to ensure a contact (or contacts) of your choice is added to your bot. To do this, click the "Contacts" tab at the top of your screen. Then select the email address of any contact you'd like to receive this one-to-one.
In the contact's details, scroll down to the "Custom Fields" section. You should see the custom date field that you just created for your one-to-one. To ensure this person will receive the one-to-one message you just created, enter a date into the custom date field (or choose it from the calendar picker that appears when you click into the field). Then, on that date, the contact will receive your one-to-one message!
