If you are experiencing video and audio lag on your BombBomb videos, there are a few steps to troubleshoot the issue.

If you're on a Windows computer, update your drivers.
Our software may not function correctly if your computer's graphic card driver isn't up to date. Don't worry — this isn't a complicated issue, and you can fix it within a matter of minutes!
Step 1: Select the "Start" button, type "Device Manager," and select the "Device Manager" option from the list of results. (Alternatively, you can right-click the Start button and select "Device Manager.")
Step 2: Find the "Display Adapters" category and click the icon next to it to expand.
Step 3: Right-click on the "Graphics" option (the actual option may vary depending on what type of PC you operate on) and click the "Update Drivers" option. Refresh your browser once finished and try recording again.

If you're on a Mac, check for any pending software updates.
Step 1: Click the Apple icon on the top left corner of your screen. Select "System Preferences." Next, select "Software Update."
Step 2: This will show you if you have any pending updates to apply.
Step 3: If this doesn't solve your problem, restart your computer.
