So you've got a team of people ready to use video to build relationships. But do you each need to start your own individual BombBomb accounts? That's what teams are for!
Team accounts allow you the convenience of holding team members responsible for their communications, along with the ability to share emails, templates, and videos among members. Team accounts also have the luxury of increased contact limits and flexibility with individual workflows.
For 5 or More People: If you would like to start a team account of five or more people, we have custom options available to you. Please fill out this form, and our team will get in touch to set you up.
For Fewer Than 5 People: Watch this video or follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started.

Step 1: Log into your BombBomb account. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and click the "Subscription" option.
Step 2: On the left, click "Start a Team Account."
Step 3: This will take you to the different subscription options. Your current subscription will be highlighted. (Both BombBomb Essentials and BombBomb Plus will allow you to start a team.) At the bottom of your Subscription, click "Start a Team."
Quick Tip: If you are on a free trial account, you will click "Buy Now" for the subscription level you'd like to get your team started. If you are on one of our legacy "Individual" subscriptions, you will need to either upgrade or downgrade your subscription to start a team.
Step 4: Now you can customize your team. Enter the number of team members you would like, a name for your team, and whether you'd like to pay monthly or yearly. Click "Continue to Payment" to finalize your transaction and get started with your team!
Quick Tip: Make sure to include yourself in the number of team members you would like!
Adding Team Members
Step 1: When you're ready to add members to your team, click on the "Team" tab at the top of your BombBomb account. On the left, you will see an option to "Add Members." Click this option.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear where you can enter the details of the team members you'd like to add. If you are adding one individual, enter the person's information in the "Add Individual" tab. Here you also choose permission level and have the option of "Add to Subteam." Your new team member will receive an email from BombBomb with an invitation to join your team unless you check the box requesting otherwise.
To add multiple people, you may find it easier to upload a .csv file. Click the "Add Multiple" tab. You will see the required fields for the .csv file. Click the "Upload CSV" button to select the file from your computer.
Step 3: Track the status of your invitations by clicking "Manage Team" from the "Team" tab. On this page, you will see that your team member has been invited under the "Status" column. Once they accept the invitation to join your BombBomb team, their status will change to "Active."
