If you're a frequent BombBomb user, you've probably seen the "CRM Tracking Email" field in the "Other" tab when editing your profile. Typically, users see this field and assume they should go ahead and fill it out with their email address since that's what it's asking for. Pump the brakes, my friend - let's take a moment to discuss what this field is for so you can determine if it applies to you.
Bottom line up front: if you're reading this article, do not fill out this field!
If you're using a CRM that provides you with a CRM tracking email (or a Dropbox email), you can input that email into this field to track leads so you can be notified of every email you have sent to these individuals, as well as every link clicked, email opened, video played, etc. When someone completes an action with the email you've sent, you'll be notified via email. In other words, you will be blind carbon-copied on every single email that you send - whether you've sent two emails or two hundred emails - and every single interaction from the emails you've sent.
For those who use these emails for lead generation, this is an awesome tool. It means you can meticulously track each person you contact, in addition to their behaviors. For those who have no interest in this but still fill out the CRM Tracking Email field...well, let's just say you should prepare for your inbox having quite an influx of activity.
If your CRM does not require this function or provide you with a CRM tracking email to use for a function like this, it is highly recommended you leave this field empty. Otherwise, you will potentially be bombarded with hundreds of emails. To avoid this horror, steer clear of this field unless you actually have a CRM tracking email.

If you prefer to read, here's a step by step:
You can navigate to the "CRM Tracking Email" field by hovering over your name in the upper right corner, clicking "Edit My Profile," and then clicking the "Other" tab.
If you were provided a CRM tracking email from your CRM account, place that email address into this field and then click the "Update My Profile" button at the bottom of your screen.
From this point forward, you will receive an email for every lead interaction that occurs on your sent emails.

Did not tell me a thing. -- Where is the field, how do you find it , what do you do to set it up. -- vidoe pretty much worthless.

You can find the CRM Tracking field by hovering over your name in the top right hand corner of your account, then going to "Edit My Profile." In your Profile, click "Other" in the top right hand corner, and that is where you will find the CRM Tracking Field.
If you have a forwarding address from a different platform where you want copies of your emails sent, that is what you would put in that field. There is no set up except to paste in an email address.
Some users will put a personal email address in that field so they have record of every email being sent out, but keep in mind that if you send 100 emails from your BombBomb account, you will receive 100 copies to whatever address is in the CRM Tracking field.
