The Quick Send function makes it easy to send an email as fast as possible from your account without having to create email from scratch. But wouldn't it be nice if you could choose your very own Quick Send template to use as a default each time you sent a Quick Send email from your account or mobile device?
Check out this video to learn how to choose and save a Quick Send template for desktop and mobile app sending!
If you'd prefer to read, here's a step by step:
Step 1: Go to your BombBomb dashboard. Click the "Next" button on the Quick Send field in your BombBomb account.
Step 2: When your Quick Send recorder opens up, click the "Templates" button in the upper right corner.
Step 3: You'll see a list of all your Quick Send templates. Hover over the template you'd like to use as your default and click the "Choose" button.
Step 4: If you'd like to use this template for each Quick Send, click the "Save Settings as Default" button. This will ensure that the template you selected will always be the default template used when you pull up your Quick Send.
You can also build a template and save it as your Quick Send template.
Step 1: Go into the email composer of the email you'd like to save as a Quick Send template. On the Design tab, click the "Change Template" option.
Step 2: Hover over whichever template you have that you'd like to save as your Quick Send template. Select the "Choose" button.
Step 3: Make any edits you'd like in your template. In a Quick Send email, only one text box will be editable. Make sure you don't add any text to the box you'd like to be able to edit. (And delete any text boxes you don't want.) When you're finished, click the dropdown button next to "Save" and click the "Save as QuickSend" option.
Step 4: If you have multiple text boxes in your template, make sure that "Text Placeholder" is over the text box you'd like to be editable. If it's not, simply click on the text box you'd like to be editable, and "Text Placeholder" will move to that box.
Step 5: Type in a name for your template. When you're finished, click the "Save" button. From this point forward, that template will show up in your list of Quick Send template in the Quick Send options.
