Have you ever noticed the smiley faces or emojis on your Contacts page and wondered what those are?
Those reflect the relationship score of your contacts. The relationship score is a great tool to help you measure the effectiveness of your marketing efforts by looking at how your contacts engage with the content you send them. Now you can tell just by looking at the relationship score next to a contact what your interaction with them is like!
How Points Are Awarded
Points are assigned based on a contact's interactions with your emails, such as:
- Opening an email
- Clicking on links
- Playing a video
Points Expiration
- Points expire 90 days after the interaction. For example, if a contact opens your email today, that point will be removed after 90 days.
Email Open | 1 pt |
Video Play | 5 pts |
Link Click | 10 pts |
Social Share | 25 pts |
Form Fill | 25 pts |

-
Enhance Calls to Action:
- Send emails with strong calls to action, encouraging contacts to fill out forms or click links.
By using these tools, you can build and strengthen relationships with your contacts, ensuring ongoing engagement and communication!

You should consider putting an article on here about when someone reports "abuse".

Hi bomb bomb team,
Is there a way to send an email to your "Bomb" contacts green ones only? To thank them or let them know they are the bomb? How would I filter that?
Hi Christy!
Thank you for your question! There is a way to do this, but it requires further explanation and a walk through which would be difficult to provide through this forum.
Thanks!
