After you set up your profile for Prompt, it's time to choose some people who you want to add into your Prompt campaign to build relationships with. It's that time, folks - time to upload your Prompt sphere campaign list.
People you should include in your Prompt sphere campaign list include friends, family, or past clients that you'd like to build a deeper relationship with. This kind of campaign isn't the best for new leads since it is not intended to be a conversion campaign. We want to reach this group of people on a deeper level to get them engaged and help you grow a solid network of referral partners.
Let's take a look at the video above so we can go through how to upload your Prompt sphere campaign list to your contacts!
*Note: These same steps apply to uploading RE/MAX Agent and RE/MAX Recruiting campaign lists.
NEXT STEP: How do I order my template for my Prompt emails?
If you'd prefer to read, here's a step by step:
When you're ready to upload a .csv file to your Prompt sphere campaign list, log into your account and, if you're not already there, head to the Prompt tab.
On the left side of the screen, you'll see a "Campaigns" tab. Click this to expand it and see all of your Prompt campaigns. For your Prompt Sphere Campaign, you will see your contact list underneath. The number next to this list indicates how many contacts you have in your Prompt Sphere Campaign list. To add contacts to this list, click the blue button with the plus sign.
Our contact uploader will pop up on your screen. By default, it will open up to the "Upload" tab where you can upload a .csv file. If you don't know what a .csv file is or the preferred format for a .csv file, you can download an example by clicking the "Download a .csv template" link. This will show you what a .csv file should look like when you export it from your current CRM or list of contacts.
To upload a .csv file, click the "Browse" button on the contact uploader. Locate your .csv file on your computer and then click the "Open" button.
Once you've selected your .csv file, check to make sure that the list you're adding the file to is the proper list for the chosen campaign.
Next, indicate whether you've acquired these email addresses with implied permission or express permission. To understand the difference, check out this short article.
Once you're ready, click the "Add Contacts" button to add your .csv file to your Prompt campaign list.
Next, you will see a pop-up that will allow you to align specific columns in your .csv file to BombBomb fields. In this example, our first column has the first names of our contacts. Click the dropdown on the first column to see your options.
From the dropdown, you will see all of the available fields that you can choose from for this column. In this example, we will choose the "First name" field.
Once you've designated all of your .csv columns to specific BombBomb fields, click the "Upload" button.
BombBomb will then begin bringing in all of those contacts. Once it's finished, you will see a pop-up indicating that your contacts have been added. Click the "Close" button.
You will then see next to the campaign underneath the "Campaigns" tab on the left that the number of your contacts has changed.
