After you set up your profile for Prompt, it's time to choose some people who you want to add into your Prompt campaign to build relationships with. It's that time, folks - time to upload your Prompt sphere campaign list.
People you should include in your Prompt sphere campaign list include friends, family, or past clients that you'd like to build a deeper relationship with. This kind of campaign isn't the best for new leads since it is not intended to be a conversion campaign. We want to reach this group of people on a deeper level to get them engaged and help you grow a solid network of referral partners.

When you're ready to upload your Prompt sphere campaign list, log into your account and click the Contacts tab.
On the left side of the screen, you'll see all of your contact lists, some of which are labeled as "Batch" lists. Find the batch list labeled "Prompt sphere campaign" and select it.
This list is the one we will send Prompt emails to on your behalf. When you are taken to the list, click on the "Add" button on the right side of the screen to begin adding contacts.
You will have three different options to choose from when adding contacts to your Prompt sphere campaign list.
If you select "Add 1 Person," you can enter the contact's email address and the list you'd like to add the person to.
If you'd like to add more detailed information, you can click on "Add more details" to do so. This is also where you'd add dates for home anniversaries or birthdays. If you choose to fill in these fields, ensure you are completing fields with "Prompt" in parentheses next to it.
Once you've entered all the information you'd like to, scroll down to the bottom and click the "Add" button. Then the contact will be added to your Prompt sphere campaign list.
If you select "Add Many People," you can add up to 250 people at once time. With this option, you will not be able to add details for each contact added - only an email address. This is a good option if you need to add a lot of contacts very quickly and plan on going back in to add detailed information later.
You can copy and paste email addresses into the empty field, placing only one email address per line. Also ensure that there is no punctuation (commas, semicolons, etc.) separating the email addresses in any way so our system can accurately import the email addresses.
Designate the list you'd like to add your contacts and once you're finished, scroll down to the bottom and click "Add Addresses to List."
Your third option is to bring in contacts by uploading a .csv file. This is the best method to use if you have an extensive list of contacts and their detailed information you'd like to add to a list. At this point, click "Browse" to find your .csv file on your computer.
Once you've selected your file, select the Prompt sphere campaign list from the dropdown and then click "Import."
When your list imports, you'll need to ensure the labels in the list are lined up correctly. Our system will automatically detect common labels you've entered in your .csv file. Here, you can scroll over and ensure the labels you entered in your .csv file match with the labels BombBomb has associated them with.
If you see a field that has not been selected by the system, you can click on the dropdown and designate the field for the column. The most important field will be the email addresses since this is how BombBomb organizes all of your contacts. Because of this, make sure you only have one email address field designated in this portion or else the system will become confused and won't be able to import your contacts. If you included home anniversary dates or birth dates in your .csv file, make sure those fields are designated to their respective field names with "Prompt" next to them in parentheses.
After ensuring the labels on your contact list line up correctly, go ahead and click the "Import My CSV" button. Any duplicates or contacts that are missing an email address will not be brought into the system.
