With BombBomb, not only can you connect with others through video emails, but you can also track engagement with those emails!
With email tracking, you'll know who has opened your emails, played your videos, and clicked your links, so you know exactly how and when to follow up with your connections. Keep reading below to learn more.

There are a few places where you can find your email tracking. We'll go over each of them.
Finding and Using Email Tracking in BombBomb
1. Tracking on Your Dashboard
- Location: On the right side of your dashboard.

Features:
- View email opens, clicks, and plays.
- Use scroll, search, or filter options to find specific emails.
- Visual: Check the tracking panel for a quick overview of your email performance.
2. Sending History

Access:
- Go to the "Emails" tab.
- Click "Sent History" below the blue "New Email" button.
Details:
- View tracking for emails sent in the last 30 days.
- Separate entries will appear if an email was sent multiple times.
- See delivered emails, opens, clicks, and plays.
- Export Data: Click "Export" to download data as a spreadsheet.
- Detailed Tracking: Click "Track" to view more specifics for each email.
3. Email Tracking Page

Access:
- In the "Emails" tab, click the "Track" icon next to the email you want to review.
Viewing Details:
- Different Send Dates: Click the arrow next to "All Sends" to view tracking for various send dates.
Individual Interaction:
- See detailed interactions of specific individuals, including opens, plays, and clicks.
- Hover over interactions to view the time of action.
Follow-Up:
- Click the three vertical dots next to a contact's name to open a Quick Send email.
- Segment Contacts: Click the Gear icon on the top right, then select "Segment" to filter contacts based on interaction type (plays, non-plays, opens, non-opens, clicks, non-clicks).
- Create/Select List: Choose an existing list or create a new one for follow-up communication.
4. Additional Tracking Features

Gear Icon Options:
- Preview Email: View a preview of your email.
- Export Data: Download tracking data.
- Click Map: View a map of where people clicked in your email to optimize future placements.
Detailed Statistics:
- Unique counts for opens, plays, and clicks.
- Compare your metrics to industry standards using the score bar.
Date and Time:
- Click on metric squares or icons above charts to view detailed timing information.
- Hover over chart points to see totals and specific action times.
5. Delivery and Issues

Delivery Metrics:
- At the bottom of the screen, check the number of emails delivered, bounced, or marked as abuse.

How do I know which email bounced so that I can go back and edit it if need be?

Thank you for your comment! If you sent to a list of contacts, the easiest way to find your bounced emails is to go to that specific list in your "Contacts" tab, the click on the box at the top of the list that says "Suppressed." There should be a number associated with anyone suppressed in that list, and anyone that would have bounced should have "Invalid" in the relationship column.

How do I get to the page menu he suggests?

Thank you for your question! When you go to BombBomb.com, you will first want to click "Log In" in the upper right hand corner of the page. If you are already logged in, you will see your name in the top right hand corner which will indicate that you are logged into your account.
Once you are logged in, you should see the tab across the top of your account that allow you to access the different pages.
Click the Emails tab > then click the Sending History button at the top of the page to see the last 30 days of emails. Next to each line item of sent emails, you will see a Track button on the right. That will take you to the tracking page.
