How do I purchase BombBomb through iTunes?
To sign up for BombBomb using iTunes, download the BombBomb app on your Apple/iOS device. Open the app and follow the sign-up prompts on the login screen to create an account and purchase a subscription.
Note: Your BombBomb subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription term.
Will my iTunes purchase display in my BombBomb account?
No, your iTunes purchase of BombBomb will not display in your BombBomb account. Your BombBomb subscription through iTunes will be managed by Apple, which will be indicated in the billing section of your BombBomb account.
How do I update my iTunes billing information?
Please see below for detailed instructions on how to update your iTunes billing information.
Through your Apple/iOS device:
- Select Settings.
- Select iTunes & App Store.
- Select your Apple ID.
- Select View Apple ID (and sign in, if prompted).
- Select Payment Information.
- Enter new billing information.
- Select Done.
Through your desktop computer:
- Download or open iTunes.
- Select Sign In and enter your Apple ID.
- Select your name and select Account Info from the drop-down menu (and sign in again when prompted).
- Next to Payment Type on the Account Information page, select Edit.
- Enter your new billing information.
- Select Done.
After you change your payment information, the iTunes Store will place a temporary authorization hold on your credit card to verify your updated account information. How do I change my BombBomb subscription?
If you purchase BombBomb through iTunes, changes to your BombBomb subscription can only be made through iTunes. Please see this article on Apple’s website for instructions on editing your subscription.
Note: Upgrading your plan will reset your billing date. Upgrading your plan during your free trial will cause the free trial to end prematurely. The new plan will take effect and you will be billed immediately.
How do I stop paying through iTunes and start paying through BombBomb?
To start paying through BombBomb, you will need to cancel your subscription through iTunes and restart your subscription with BombBomb on our website. For detailed instructions on how to cancel your subscription, please see this article on Apple’s website. (Note: Per Apple's cancel policy, your membership might renew if you don't turn off Automatic Renewal more than 24 hours before your renewal date.)
Can I redeem promotional codes for BombBomb if I pay through iTunes?
Promotional offers can't be used on an account that is billed through iTunes. Your BombBomb promotional code can be used by first canceling your BombBomb billing through iTunes, then then applying your promotional code once your current billing period has ended.
