Have you ever tried to send a mobile video through an email on your phone? I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but it's not pleasant at all. You run into size constraints with video, it takes forever to send, and you don't even know if your contact will even receive it. Sounds pretty haphazard, but it doesn't have to be this way.
With BombBomb, you can send emails to your connections right from your phone! Whether you choose to record a brand new video or you'd like to send a pre-recorded video, you can send either in an email without having to worry about being near a desktop computer. Just film your video, drop it into an email, type your message, and go! Get the luxury of emailing right from your mobile phone and being able to track the results.
Check out the video above to learn how to send emails right from the BombBomb Android mobile app!
Open the mobile app on your phone. To record a new video to send, tap the red button down at the bottom of the app.
Once in the recorder, there are several things you can do to record a great looking video. At the top of the screen, you'll see that there are several things you can do; you can set a timer for your video, change the white balance, and even add a filter. On the bottom right, you'll see you can also flip from your screen camera to your front-facing camera. Tap the red button at the bottom middle of the screen to begin and end your recording.
Once you've finished recording, you have some more options. On the bottom left, you can re-record your video if you are not satisfied. If you'd like to play back your video, tap the play button in the middle. On the bottom right, you have the option to take a photo for your video thumbnail. You can enter a name for your video in the video title field. Once you're satisfied, select the "Next" button at the upper right of your screen.
The next screen will ask how you want to share your video. In this case, select "Email."
The mobile email composer will then appear. Fill in your chosen recipients and enter text into the subject line and text box. Then, tap the "Quick View" icon at the bottom of your screen.
The Quick View will show you a preview of what your email will look like to the recipient who receives it. You will see at the bottom of the screen all of your available templates. You can actually scroll through your templates and tap on whichever one you'd like to use in this particular email.
Once you have the template you'd like, tap "Done" in the upper right corner.
Now your email will display in the template you chose. Once you're all finished, hit "Send" in the upper right corner to send your email.
