Does my Gmail tracking show inside of BombBomb?
Yes! You can access this in the Tracking section of your BombBomb.com account Dashboard tab. Just search by recipient name or subject line in the Search field.
Can I use my BombBomb templates inside of Gmail?
Unfortunately, no, you cannot use BombBomb templates inside Gmail.
How do I turn on/off my desktop notifications?
Right-click the BombBomb extension icon in your Chrome browser URL bar and select “Options.” You can toggle your notifications on and off on this Options page. You can also view the Options menu by clicking on the dropdown arrow next to “BombBomb” at the top left of Gmail.
How do I minimize the tracking bar in Gmail?
Need the tracking bar out of the way? At the top of your Gmail tracking bar on the right side of your screen, click the arrows to minimize the tracking bar. Click these arrows again to make the tracking bar reappear.
Will the Chrome extension work if I have multiple Gmail accounts?
Yup. The Chrome extension will work with any Gmail address used inside of the Chrome browser that the extension was installed on.
Can I move the PowerWheel icon in my email draft?
Sure thing. The PowerWheel can be moved anywhere inside the draft. Just click and drag the PowerWheel icon anywhere in the email to move it out of the way.
How are the videos organized in my BombBomb Video Library when I open them in the PowerWheel?
The Video Library is organized by the date a video was recorded, from newest to oldest.
How can I save a video, so it’s easier to find in Gmail?
Log in to your BombBomb account at www.bombbomb.com, and click on the Videos tab. You’ll see “My Folders” on the left side panel. From here, you can add your video to a specific folder.
Click and drag the video thumbnail to the folder you would like to add it to, or click and drag the folder to the video. When inserting a video from your library in Gmail, sort by folder.
Why do I see a black screen when I open the camera in a new email?
You may need to check your camera and microphone settings.
1. In the bottom right corner of your recorder, click on the Gear icon. Check to make sure the correct camera and microphone are selected.
2. If they are selected correctly, then click the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser and select “Settings.”
3. Scroll down to “Privacy and Security” and click on “Site Settings.”
4. Scroll down to “Permissions” and click on “Camera” and “Microphone.”
5. Make sure BombBomb is on your “Allow” list.
