Top Producer and BombBomb integration

What is Top Producer?

Connecting the integration 

Step 1: In your BombBomb account, click on your name in the upper right corner and select "Integrations."

Step 2: On the Integrations page, you'll see the API key near the top right of the page. Click the "Copy" button to copy this key.

Step 3: In your Top Producer account, hover over your name in the upper right corner and click "Settings."

Step 4: Once you're in Settings, click the "Marketing" tab.

Step 5: You'll see there's an option to connect BombBomb. Click the "Connect" button next to the BombBomb logo.

Step 6: You will see a pop-up requesting BombBomb's API key. Paste the API key you copied in the empty field. Then click the "Save" button.

Step 7: Once this is complete, you'll see that BombBomb is now connected to your account.

Bringing your Top Producer contacts into BombBomb

Step 1: Hover over the "Contacts" icon at the top of your Top Producer account and click the "Search for Contacts" option.

Step 2: You will see a search form appear. You can search for a specific name, or leave all fields blank to see all your contacts. Scroll down to the bottom and click the "Search" button.

Step 3: Once you have a list of your contacts, click the check boxes next to their names and then click "Export Contacts" beneath your list.

Step 4: On the "Export Contacts" page, select the BombBomb radio button under the "Export Contacts To" section. Then select a list from the dropdown to export your contacts to — there will be a "Top Producer" contact list already made for you. After you're finished, click the "Export" button.

Step 5: You'll see a pop-up informing you that your contacts have been exported. Now, your Top Producer contacts are moved to BombBomb. Now we can set it up so the leads that you capture from BombBomb Forms are automatically added to your Top Producer account.

Adding BombBomb Forms leads to Top Producer

Note: BombBomb Forms are only available to legacy users of BombBomb. 

Step 1: In BombBomb, head to the Integrations page again by hovering over your name in the upper right corner and clicking "Integrations." Search "Top Producer" and click on the Top Producer icon. 

Step 2: On the Top Producer page, fill out your Top Producer username in the Username field. Click the "Connect."

Step 3: Click on the "Forms" tab at the top of your BombBomb account. Head to the form you'll be using to capture leads and click the "Edit" button.

Step 4: Scroll down to the "Form Options" section. In the dropdown "Automatically add the contact to these automations, select "Top Producer." Then scroll down and click "Save." Now, all leads captured with that form will be automatically added to your Top Producer account!
