Realvolve and BombBomb integration

Realvolve gives real estate professionals flexibility in handling everything from the most common systems to more sophisticated, conditional-based workflows for an entire team. Realvolve aims to make brokerages or personal practices more productive and efficient with powerful features designed just for real estate. 

Now with the BombBomb integration, videos can be added to your emails and templates — right in your Realvolve account! You can record a brand new video, select a pre-recorded video, and even send to contacts or full contact lists that live your BombBomb account. Now all the features you have with BombBomb are available right from Realvolve, speeding things up and helping you to accomplish your goals faster!

Setting up the integration

Step 1: In your BombBomb account, hover over your name in the upper right corner and click "Integrations."

Step 2: On the Integrations page, you'll see the API key at the top right. Click "Copy."

Step 3: Log into your Realvolve account. In the upper right corner, hover over the head icon and then click "Settings."

Step 4: From the pane on the left side of the page, click "Integrations."

Step 5: Paste the BombBomb API key in the appropriate field, then click the "Save" button. The integration is now connected!

Creating a template

Step 1: In your Realvolve account, click the "Templates" tab at the top of the page.

Step 2: In your email editor, click on the BombBomb icon on the taskbar.

Step 3: Choose to either record a new video or choose a video from your library. For this example, we chose to pick a video from our library.

Step 4: Select the video you'd like in your email and click "Insert Video."

Step 5: Now your video has been inserted into your email. When you're finished editing your template, click the "Save" button.

Sending videos to a contact

Step 1: In the upper left corner of your Realvolve account, click the head icon. 

Step 2: Use the filters or sort dropdown to select a contact you'd like to send to. 

Step 3: Once you've clicked the contact, click the BombBomb icon on the right.

Step 4: Select whether you'd like to record a video or choose a video from your library to send. In this example, we chose to pick from our video library.

Step 5: Select the video you'd like to send and then click the "Insert Video" button. Your video is now inserted.
