Video email is an awesome tool, but where should you start? What are the best moves you can make? What strategies have brought other people success?

1. Engage your database with "ART" videos.
A good rule of thumb is to only send video email to recipients who are anticipating a message from you. If you do not feel comfortable enough to call the recipient, do not email them.
Make sure that your video emails are relevant. A good example of this would be sending a happy birthday email or a happy holidays email/video. If someone has inquired about a listing, be specific about the content of the listing.
Be aware of the ever changing market and the time of year when sending video emails.
2. Have a call to action.
Include a specific, clear path for your recipients. Give them an opportunity to respond. Add a call-to-action banner to your videos.
3. Find ways to add value to your customers.
For example, if you are in real estate and a customer is going to update their property, follow-up to see if they have done it and reevaluate the cost of the house for them.
