Embedding videos in a CRM or email provider

If you'd like to share your BombBomb videos through a CRM or an email provider outside of BombBomb, there are a few easy ways to do just that. You can either do it right from your BombBomb account, or you can use our Chrome extension, which allows you to quickly and easily record and share videos without ever having to log in to your account!

To share an existing video from your BombBomb account

Step 1: Go to the Videos tab of your web application. Click on the Share icon next to the video you'd like to share.

Step 2: Click "Copy Link for Email." 

Step 3: Paste (Ctrl+V on a PC or Cmd+V on a Mac) the code into your CRM or email body text. That's it! 

* Pro Tip: Add a sentence or two above and below your video to encourage your recipient to watch your video and avoid spam filters! 

To share a new video from your BombBomb account 

Step 1: On the Videos tab click "New Video" and then "Record Yourself" from the drop-down menu.

Step 2: Record and save your video. 

Step 3: Once you've saved your video, you'll be taken to the Share screen. Click "Copy Link for Email." 

Step 4: Paste (Ctrl+V on a PC or Cmd+V on a Mac) the code into your CRM or email body text. You're all set to send off your video!

To share an existing video from BombBomb's Chrome Extension

Step 1: If you haven't already, install the BombBomb Chrome Extension. 

Step 2: Open the Chrome extension by clicking on the BombBomb icon to the right of your URL bar, and click on the Videos tab.  

Step 3: Click the three dots next to the video you'd like to share and select "Copy for Email." 

Step 4: Paste (Ctrl+V on a PC or Cmd+V on a Mac) the code into your CRM or email body text. That's it!

To share a new video from BombBomb's Chrome extension

Step 1: If you haven't already, install the Chrome extension. 

Step 2: Open the Chrome extension by clicking on the BombBomb icon to the right of your URL bar, and click "Launch Recorder." (If you'd like to record your screen, click "Screen Recorder" and then "Launch Recorder.") 

Step 3: Record and save your video. 

Step 4: Once you've saved your video, you'll be taken to the Share Your Video page. Click "Copy for Email." 

Step 5: Paste (Ctrl+V on a PC or Cmd+V on a Mac) the code into your CRM or email body text. Now you're all set to send off your video!
