If you have a YouTube channel (or just a YouTube or Animoto video you'd like to share), you can insert them in your BombBomb emails! You don't even have to save them to your device; just paste the YouTube or Animoto URL and go! (NOTE: Youtube Shorts are currently not supported at this time.)
Check out this video or read keep reading blow to learn how.
If you'd prefer to read, here's a step by step:
Step 1: Log into your BombBomb account and click on the Emails tab. From here, you can either create a new email (in which case, click the "New Email" button) or edit an existing email (click the "Edit" button next to the email you want to change). For this example, we're going to edit an existing email.
Step 2: Click on the media element in the body of your email.
Step 3: Ensure that the "Media Type" is set to "Video." Below the options to record, upload, or choose your video you will see an option for YouTube and Animoto. Select the one you'd like.
Step 4: In another tab or window, open the YouTube or Animoto video you'd like to insert into your email. Copy the video URL by highlighting the URL in the address bar and right click + Copy or press Ctrl + C (Command + C for Mac users).
Step 5: In the media settings, you will see a URL field. Paste the YouTube or Animoto URL into this field. The thumbnail for your video will populate, and the video will fill into your email. That's it!

How do I remove a few frames at the end of a video, for instance to cut off the step where someone would reach to their computer and turn off the video they are self recording? Thank you,

Hi Teri,
Thanks for your comment! BombBomb does not offer video editing software. However, we highly recommend the mobile app Clips, which lets you do exactly what you're asking for - trim off the ends of your video, as well as adding text to your video, adding graphics to your video, several other video editing functions.
Check out our blog post on Clips where we walk through step by step on exactly how to use this application to edit videos: https://bombbomb.com/blog/add-text-to-video-apple-clips-iphone-app/
