Using email templates in the iOS app

It can be pretty obvious when you send an email from your phone instead of your computer. It looks different and may even have a different background or format. Ever wish there was a way to send a video email without a difference in your email’s appearance? 

With the BombBomb mobile app, you can send your video in a template that will make it look identical to an email sent from your computer for a professional or branded look. (Note: This feature isn’t available to the BombBomb Essentials subscription.)

Here are the step-by-step instructions:

You can use email templates on a newly recorded or a pre-recorded video. In this example, we’ll use a pre-recorded video.

Step 1: Tap the Video Library icon in the bottom middle of your screen to access your Video Library. 

Step 2: Tap on the video you’d like to send.

Step 3: Tap the “Email with BombBomb Template” button.

Step 4: Fill in your recipients, subject line, and body text. If you want to change your template, tap the “Templates” option at the bottom left of your screen.

Quick Tip: Don’t separate addresses with a comma or semicolon. After entering email addresses, just hit “Enter” or “Return” on your keyboard.

Step 5: Select the template you’d like to use. 

Step 6: Preview your email by tapping the “Preview” option at the bottom right of the screen.  

Step 7: Once you are happy with your email, you can X out of the preview at the top right of the screen and select the “Send Email” button at the bottom of your screen. Now you’re all ready to go!
