Do you find yourself typing out the same email many times? Or copy and pasting old emails with your canned messages? With BombBomb's Chrome extension, you can create a snippet, or a canned response, that you can quickly save and use in your Gmail messages at any time.

Create a snippet
Step 1: Open a new email, and add whatever elements you'd like to save as a snippet, such as your text or a video.
Step 2: Highlight everything you'd like to save as a snippet. You'll see a pink "Save" icon appear. Click this icon.
Step 3: This will bring up your snippet in an editing window. Here, you can edit the snippet title, subject line, and email body text. When you're finished, click the "Save" button at the bottom. Now your snippet is ready to use!
Insert a snippet
Step 1: Open a new email and hover over the PowerWheel in the bottom right of your email. Click the Snippets icon.
Step 2: You'll see a window with all of the snippets you've saved. Click the Plus icon next to the snippet you'd like to use. This will load the snippet right into your email.
Other options
You have a few other options from your Snippets screen.
Create a favorite
Click the Heart icon to categorize a snippet as a favorite. You can sort by your favorites by clicking on the dropdown menu next to "All" and selecting "Favorites."
Edit a snippet
Click the Gear icon to edit, duplicate or delete your snippet.
Share a snippet with your team
If you're on a team in BombBomb and would like to share a snippet, click the Gear icon next to the snippet you'd like to share. Underneath the snippet, click "Share," and select the team you'd like to share the snippet with.
Create a snippet
Click the Snippet icon to create a new snippet.
