Head over to BombBomb.com/RemaxSocial to sign up. When filling out the required fields, choose the RE/MAX region that applies to you.
For your email address, you must enter an email that is already associated with RE/MAX. If you see an error message that reads, "No active remax account found for this email address," it means the email address you entered is not associated with RE/MAX.
Once you're finished filling out your information, click the "Get Started" button.
You will then receive a confirmation email welcoming you to Social Prompt with your username and password enclosed.
If you have email filters that may block this email from coming to your inbox, go to the BombBomb login page and click the link to reset your password. Visit this page to learn how to do this.
From the Social Prompt email, click the "Login Now" button to be taken to the login page.
Once you log into BombBomb with the credentials from your Social Prompt email, you will be taken to the homepage. To get started, click the "Connect to Facebook" button in the middle of the page.
Log into Facebook using your normal Facebook credentials.
You will then see a series of prompts to go through so you can grant permissions and customize how Social Prompt posts are being displayed and who they are being displayed to on your business page. Click the button that says to continue as yourself.
You can then customize who is going to see your Social Prompt postings. Select an audience from the shown dropdown and click the "OK" button.
You will then see a pop-up requesting for BombBomb to manage your business page. This is just verifying that we will be able to post to your business page on your behalf. Click the "OK" button.
You'll then verify that your business page will be connected to BombBomb. Click the "Save" button.
You can customize your signature block that will display on the landing pages from your Social Prompt posts. People who click on your Social Prompt posts will not be re-directed to other RE/MAX pages; they will only be redirected to your specific landing page. To confirm the information in your signature block is correct, click the "Looks good!" button. If you'd like to make changes to your signature block or if you'd like to upload your own profile picture, click the "Make changes" button.
If you click the "Make changes" button, you'll be taken to your profile settings where you can update your profile information. Ensure that your profile has your personal headshot uploaded (this will show up in your signature block and on your social posts) and that your timezone is correct for the region you're in. Once you're done making changes to your profile information and uploading your personal headshot, click the "Update My Profile" button.
Now you're all set up. What to expect next: you will receive a text alert 48 hours before your Social Prompt publishes to Facebook that will prompt you to view your social message and make any changes you'd like.
This is what the text message will look like that you will receive 48 hours prior to your Social Prompt posting. You can head over to the link in the message to view your Social Prompt campaign.
If you see this message, it means you have not connected to your Facebook account. You can tap the link in the message in order to sign into your account to connect.
Once you tap the link and log into BombBomb, you'll be guided to this page for your Social Prompt settings where you can turn on your social sharing for Facebook. Hit the "Save" button when you're done and you'll be good to go. That's it - you're all set!
