You have to gather all of your content, build a nice-looking email, put together your contact list(s), and do everything in the very moments before sending. With BombBomb, the great thing is you can do everything you need to do for your recurring communication as early as you want...and schedule it to send at a later time!
With BombBomb, you can schedule any email you'd like within a matter of seconds. You even have the option of choosing to schedule your email as you're building it, or once you've built it and saved it into your Emails tab. This makes it easy to send out regular email communication using the same email template or contact lists as you did the email send prior. You'll prepare faster and easier when you schedule emails instead of scrambling at the last minute.

If you'd prefer to read, here's a step by step:
Log into your BombBomb account and click on the Emails tab.
If you want to schedule a pre-existing email, click on the dropdown arrow next to the email of your choice. Then, click the "Send" option.
You'll be prompted to choose an email address or contact list to send this email to. Once you enter the email address or contact list, hit the Enter key. You will see at the bottom of the pop-up that you can choose whether to send this email immediately or to schedule it. Click the radio button next to "Scheduled." Then you will be able to choose the date and time you'd like for your email to send.
Once you are satisfied with the details, click the "Send" button. Now the email will be scheduled and send on the day and time you chose.
You can also choose to schedule an email while you're in the email composer. To do this, go back to the Emails tab and click the "New Email" option.
Design your email however you'd like. Once you're ready to schedule your email, click the "Send" button in the upper right corner.
You will see a pop-up that looks exactly the same as the other one. Enter an email address or contact list to send this email to and hit the Enter key. Then click the radio button next to "Scheduled" at the bottom of the pop-up.
You can set the day and time you'd like your email to send. Once you're chosen a day and time, click the "Send" button. Your email is now scheduled and will go out on the designed day and time.
