Monitoring Your Vist Teams Adoption and Usage

After you've done all the hard work of building Vist events and connecting them with your automated email system, you want to make sure that your team members follow through on recording their videos.  You're in luck.  You have the ability to monitor the usage and adoption of your team members directly through your Vist account.  By the end of this article you'll understand where to look and how to understand what you're seeing.

Step 1: On the BombBomb Dashboard select "Vist".

Step 2: In the "Vist" tab select "Adoption".

Here is what each column represents:

• Adoption Rate: What percentage of the entire set up has each team member completed.
• Videos Recorded: How many videos has this team member recorded.
• Events Assigned: How many Video events have been assigned to this team member.

Step 3: Click on the name of one of your team members.  This will open a popup that will show you all of this team members Vist events and allow you to open each folder to review completed assignments. 

Step 4: You can click on a specific event to preview the video from this team member.

Step 5: You have the ability to deactivate the video and your team member will automatically be notified with an auto-generated email.

Step 6: You will have the option to send an additional message with additional feedback.  Click "Send a Personalized Message."

Step 7: You can record a 1:1 personalized video and provide a written message for your team member providing feedback on why you deactivated the video as well as tips for improving the next one.

Step 8: Click "Send" in the top right corner to deliver your message.

Step 9: Your team member will receive two email notifications: The auto generated email and the personalized one from you.
