As an admin for any software, you have to have the ability to have insights into your team to understand success. That means you have to know who on your team is active within your membership and who of those users is using the software. Well, BombBomb is here to help with two amazing features: team monthly email report and exporting team history.
Take a look at the video below or use a link to jump to the topic of your choice.
Team monthly email report
As a team admin, you can turn on a monthly email report to be sent to you summarizing the usage and success of your team members. You can turn this on for yourself and any other admin(regardless of admin level.). Let's walk through the steps of how to do this in your account.
Step 1: Log in to your BombBomb account and click on your "Teams" tab.
Step 2: Select "Manage Team" and then "Team Settings" from the menu on the left.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of your "Team Settings" page for the section titled "Team Notifications." In this section, toggle on the option to "Allow Monthly Report." This will turn the report on for all admins on your team.
Step 4: If an admin wants to opt out of receiving this monthly report they can go into their account settings by clicking their name in the top right of their account, selecting "Settings" from the drop-down menu, then clicking "Settings" again from the menu on the left, and then toggling off "Team Monthly Report Notification at the bottom.
The monthly report will be emailed to your email associated with your BombBomb account every month from noreply@bombbomb.com and will show a report similar to this:
Exporting team history
Understanding who is currently on your team and who isn't is pivotal to finding success. However, as your team grows or people leave your company then you may need to pull a report of who has joined the team or left the team and the dates that those changes happened. We got you.
Step 1: Log in to your BombBomb account and click on your "Teams" tab.
Step 2: Click "Manage Team" from the menu on the left.
Step 3: Click the blue "Export Team History" button just above your current team's information.
This will download the report onto your device. You can then open up the report and view it in Microsoft Excel or a similar program.
