To protect you and your data, we delete videos in accounts that have been inactive for over one year.
For more details on our video deletion process, review the questions below:
What exactly do you delete?
After one year of inactivity and the one-month notice period, we delete all videos and any metrics tied to those videos, including transcriptions, video titles, viewer names, number of plays, % watched, likes, comments, replies, and clicks.
Can I recover my videos after deletion?
No, your videos will not be accessible after they are deleted, even if you reactivate your account.
What subscription tiers are impacted by the video deletion policy?
All BombBomb subscriptions are subject to the video deletion policy. This includes videos that were filmed within Essentials, Plus, Prompt, and Enterprise plans.
What happens if someone tries to play a video that has been deleted?
Recipients will see a 404 error if they try to play a video that has been deleted.
How do I reactivate my BombBomb account?
You can reactivate your BombBomb account by logging in here with the email you originally used to sign up for the platform. You will then be redirected to choose a paid subscription plan.
Can you transfer my BombBomb videos to another account?
No, we cannot transfer your BombBomb videos to another user account.
Can I pause my account without losing my content? Sleeping an account
We allow BombBomb users to put their accounts to “sleep” for $5 / mo. This option keeps all emails, videos, forms, and contacts in place while deactivating access to the account temporarily. We do not delete any videos that are in a sleep state.
If you have any questions about sleeping an account, feel free to reach out to our team at support@bombbomb.com
