How much does a BombBomb subscription cost?
BombBomb subscription prices vary based on the subscription type and length. We have three subscription levels: BombBomb Essentials, BombBomb Plus, and Prompt (our product for real estate and mortgage professionals). Each level has different included features. As you could probably guess — the higher the subscription, the more goodies you get.

How much is team pricing?
Team pricing varies based on your team size, subscription type, and other factors. These details are best discussed with one of our sales representatives, who do everything they can to make sure you get the best price for the best functionality.

How can I access my billing information and get an invoice?
To check out your billing activity, log in to your BombBomb account. Click on your name in the upper right corner and click the "My Subscription" option.
From here you can see the different plan options as well as your current subscription. To view your billing information click "Manage Billing" in your current subscription along the top.
From here, you can access your Account Information, Billing & Shipping Addresses, Payment Methods, and Billing History.
To change your payer information, like your credit card or address, click "Billing & Shipping Addresses." To get an invoice, click "Billing History" from the above menu. Then, click "Download" to the right of the invoice you wish to view.

How do I change my subscription level?
If you decide you'd be happier with a different BombBomb subscription level, you can change it on your own if you'd like. To do this, log in to your BombBomb account. Hover over your name in the upper right corner and click the "Subscription" option.
This page shows you which subscription you have and shows you the other subscription offerings. If you want to upgrade you can click the "Upgrade" button under the membership you want to move to.

Does my account automatically renew?
Like the other things you frequently use (gym memberships, Netflix, etc.), your BombBomb subscription automatically renews. You don't have to do anything for renewal — we do the work over here, so everything is taken care of for you.
If you see a charge on your billing that you don't recognize, check to see if you may be up for renewal. You should receive an email three (3) days beforehand notifying you that your subscription renewal is coming up.

When is my next renewal date?
If you want to know when your subscription will renew, log in to your BombBomb account. Click on your name in the upper right corner and click the "My Subscription" option.
On this page, you'll see which subscription you have. Underneath your subscription type, it will show you when your subscription is set to renew and for how much. If you forget to check this page, don't worry — you'll receive an email three (3) days before your renewal occurs letting you know that it's coming.

I have decided to cancel my subscription. Can I get a refund?
To cancel your subscription, (wait, don't go!) click on your name in the upper right corner and click the "My Subscription" option. Then, click the "cancel your subscription link in your current subscription. (Please keep in mind that your videos and data will be deleted upon cancellation.)
Per our user agreement, we don't offer refunds or pro-rated refunds. If you tried BombBomb and found it didn't work for you, we're so sorry to hear that, and we want to figure out why. If you haven't used it yet, we'd like to challenge you: How do you know that personal video won't work for you? Give us a chance, and we promise your life and your business will change for the better!

When I go to my subscription I do not see billing as this article suggests. Still don't know how to find my invoice/payment history!

So sorry for the delayed response. If you are in your BombBomb account, click on your picture in the top right and choose "My Subscription", then "Manage Billing", and then choose "Billing History", you will see your payment history and be able to download specific invoices. I hope this is helpful!

Glad to help clarify why you are not seeing the My Subscription option.
In your case, you do not see the "My Subscription" option because your account is being paid by another payer. So only the team owner/payer has access to this information. So you would need to request that information from them.
