Basic Troubleshooting:
Are you trying to add the Add-in with Outlook365 Web version?
- Be sure to use a recommended browser (Chrome or Edge)
- Check to see if both your desktop and web app versions of Outlook are in sync (They should be using the same email address.)
- Attempt to use the Add-in on the web app version to check that the BombBomb Add-in is compatible with your Outlook account.
- If you are unable to use the Add-in, your account may not be compatible.
Are you using Outlook with a Gmail address?
- Outlook Add-Ins require an Outlook-hosted email address. If you are using Outlook with Gmail, you will not have access to any Add-Ins through the Microsoft Store. An alternative would be to install the Chrome Extension for BombBomb for seamless use of video in email.
