Many companies and businesses out there prefer to use another inbox to send their video emails over the BombBomb application - and that's totally okay. We knew this when we created our email platform integrations; we wanted our users to be able to use BombBomb video emails anywhere they wanted. But it's difficult to try and measure the success of your team's external inbox emails and video emails without using a third-party measuring tool and disrupting your team's workflow. Luckily, there's no need for that anymore.
Now, we've developed team inbox stats! This feature lets you view detailed statistics of your team's inbox usage and how people are interacting with their emails and video emails. You can view statistics of any teams underneath you and view aggregate numbers to see how, on average, your team's video emails are performing. We break down the data so you can see a complete roll-up (and an individual count!) of your team's video plays, clicks, average thread length, opens, and so much more.

***Note: At this time, the inbox stats are available for Gmail, Outlook, Android, and iOS inboxes, but only include Gmail replies.
Log into your BombBomb account and click on the "Team" tab.
On the Team tab, click the switch icon (two arrows facing opposite directions) to view a specific team.
On the left side panel, underneath the "Overview" option, you will now see an "Inbox Stats" option. Select this option.
This is what your ROI dashboard will look like. You will have filter dropdowns, a line of aggregate statistics, and a list of everyone in your team and their individual statistics. At the top of the page is where you will be able to filter these statistics.
To filter by date, select the "Date Range" dropdown and choose the timeframe you'd like to view stats for with your team.
You can choose from several different date ranges, listed below:
Last 24 Hours - Last 24 hours from the current time
Last Week - Last 7 days from the current day
Month to Date - The 1st of the current month to the current day
Quarter to Date - The 1st of the month in the current quarter to the current day
Year to Date - The 1st of January of the current year to the current day
To filter the type of stats to view, click the "Filter" dropdown. From here, you choose to view statistics of inbox emails that include videos or do not include videos.
Underneath the filters, you will have a roll-up of aggregate data for your team. This roll-up includes several different types of data listed below:
Threads - Total number of threads your team has exchanged through their inbox messages. A thread is a grouping of emails with the same subject line sent to the same people.
Videos - Total number of videos your team has sent. A video can be added to a thread at any time.
No Video - Total number of emails or threads that have not included a video.
Open Rate - Average effective percentage of how many opens your team's emails have received.
Reply Rate - Average effective percentage of how many replies your team's emails have received.
Play Rate - Average effective percentage of how many video plays your team's video emails have received.
Click Rate - Average effective percentage of how many link clicks your team's emails have received.
Average Thread Length - Average number of threads your team has exchanged through their inbox messages.
Underneath the aggregate data, you will see the statistical breakdown of data for each of your team members. You can sort this list of team members by any of the data types listed in the aggregate data by clicking on the "sort" icon next to each data type.
You can also export this data to have on hand for reference to measure your team's success and efforts. To do this, click the "Export to CSV" option on the right side of your screen. This will export all of your team's numbers onto a .csv Excel spreadsheet and download it to your computer.
If you'd like to see replies for your team's emails in your ROI dashboard, you will need to have them log into to Gmail and turn on their reply tracking. To start, have your team members log into their Gmail account. On the BombBomb dropdown in the upper left corner, select "Options."
Underneath the BombBomb Options, scroll to the bottom. You will see a "Track Replies" option. Turn this option ON (it will be an orange color when it is ON or a light gray color when it is OFF). This will allow us to pull the Gmail reply data of your team members into your dashboard.
