Tracking feed: After installing the BombBomb Chrome extension and logging into your Gmail inbox, you'll see your tracking feed on the right side of your screen. This is where you can see all of the sends, opens, clicks and plays for the emails for which you've turned on tracking.
To hide this feed, simply click on the two arrows to the right of "Tracking."
Three vertical dots: To the right of each engagement that comes into your tracking feed, you will see a set of three vertical dots. Click this to view the different options for this particular message.
- Click the Video icon to reply to your recipient with a video email.
- Click the Reply icon to reply to your recipient using only text.
- Click the View icon to review the email message. This will filter the message in your inbox.
- Click the Track icon to view all of the engagement this particular message has received, such as email opens, video plays and link clicks.
When you click the Track icon, each engagement action in this thread will appear in your tracking feed. To exit out of this tracking, click the X button and you will return to your normal tracking feed view.
