So you're ready for your team to start communicating with video to get more engagement, leads, follow-up, and everything else that comes along with rehumanization. You get BombBomb, you start a team account...but now what?
It's time to add team members! Since you've already added seats, it's time to fill those seats by inviting your team members to get access to their BombBomb accounts. Your team members will receive an invitation coming straight from you, and once they accept, they will be able to log into their BombBomb accounts and get started with video. Once your team members have access, you can then maintain consistency and accountability by sharing content, seeing their inbox video statistics, create sub-teams, and much more!

To see step by step instructions, check out the process below:
Log into your BombBomb account and click on the "Team" tab at the top.
This page will show you the video stats for your team. If you have more than one team, click the switch icon next to your team name and select the team you want.
When you're on the team page you want, click the "Add Members" button on the left side.
Fill out the information on the left to add an individual. Or, if you have multiple team members already listed in a .csv file, you can upload the .csv file right into the pop-up. If you have a .csv file, ensure that your file includes the required fields listed. Once you're finished, click the "Add Member" button.
Once you've clicked the button, you'll see a notification that the member has been added. Your team member will then receive an email invitation to join your BombBomb team!
