booj and BombBomb integration

BombBomb's booj integration allows RE/MAX affiliates to leverage the power of video—without leaving the booj CRM. 

This integration will allow you to: 

• Send relationship-enhancing video messages to leads and clients
• Track communication history and customer engagement
• Do it all effortlessly from within booj 

Here's a simple, step-by-step guide to get started! 

First, login to booj. 

Once logged in, on the top righthand bar, click on your profile picture and select "Settings." From the Settings page, click the "Settings Pages" dropdown and select "Systems." (Or to go directly to this page, click here.)

On this page, scroll down until you see BombBomb under "Marketing." 

Go ahead and click "Connect." This will take you to a permissions page, asking you to allow booj to view and manage your BombBomb information. Click "Allow." 

Now you're ready to send video messages through booj! 

When you are ready to send a video message, go to the "Contacts & Leads" tab. Select a contact, and click the email icon on the right. From the email compose screen you will see an option to insert a video by clicking "Insert." 

This will open a library of all the BombBomb videos you've recorded to select from. You can also upload a video from your computer or record a new video. If you are recording a new video, click "Record New Video." 

This will bring up the record screen. (You may have to give booj permission to use your microphone and camera. If so, click "Allow.") Once you're ready to record, click on the red circle, and you will get a countdown to start your video. Give a friendly wave and greeting, record your message, and hit the red circle again to end the video. 

From here, you have a few options. You can play the video to check if you're satisfied with it. You can re-record it. (Hint: We suggest not aiming for perfection in videos! Just be yourself and don't worry if you said "um" here or there. People love authenticity.) Or you can choose a thumbnail. If you don't choose a thumbnail, it will default to a three-second gif of the beginning of your video. We recommend this option! The movement and the smiling face in the gif will grab people's attention. 

Once you're happy with your video, click "insert" on the bottom right, and voila! Now there's a friendly, personalized video in your email to grab the attention of your contacts. 

You can also add video to Campaigns! 

Just open the campaign message to which you'd like to add a video, and click "Add Block" on the lefthand side. 

This will bring up a list of block types. Choose "Image: BombBomb." 

Next, select a pre-recorded video, record a new video, or upload a video. Save, and exit the email builder.
