Video tracking in the Android app

With BombBomb's mobile app, you can easily record and share videos with your contacts so that you can build connections on the go. You can also see how your messages are performing, right from your phone using our tracking feature!

Keep reading for the step-by-step instructions.  

Step 1: To track your messages, go to the "Tracking" icon on the bottom right of your screen. This will show the latest activity on your messages, including opens, plays, comments, likes and clicks. This way, you can easily see who has interacted with your messages so you can know when to follow up.

Step 2: To see more details of your tracking, click "View All Engagement" or "View More Video Stats" below an individual tracking event. This will show you all the tracking for this video. 

Step 3: You can also see the the number of views on individual videos in your Video Library. Click on the "Video Library" icon in the bottom middle of your screen. Select a video, and you will be taken to the share screen.

• Under your video preview, you will see your video engagement. Click "See More" to see your complete tracking details.
