PieSync and BombBomb integration

PieSync allows you to integrate your contacts between your favorite apps, in real-time. With the BombBomb and PieSync integration, you can keep your customer data consistent and up to date, across BombBomb and the other apps you use. 

BombBomb's integration with PieSync will allow you to: 

• Sync your contacts between applications in real-time. 
• Use default field mappings to prevent mistakes and save time. 
• Avoid CSV files, duplicate contacts and manual importing and exporting.

Watch this video or follow the step-by-step instructions below to get started.  

Step 1: Login to your PieSync account. 

Step 2: Search "BombBomb" in the search field on the upper right of the page, and click on the "BombBomb" icon. 

Step 3: Search for the name of the platform you'd like to sync with BombBomb and click on the icon, for example, Zendesk.

Step 4: Authorize access to your accounts by clicking the "Authorize" buttons underneath your applications. 

To authorize access to your BombBomb account, you'll enter your API key. To find your API Key, go to your BombBomb application, hover over your name in the right corner of your screen, and select "Integrations." 

In the upper right corner of your screen, you'll see your API Key. Just click the "Copy" Button. Navigate back to the PieSync page and paste your API Key into the field. (Don't worry, you'll only have to enter your API Key once!) 

Step 4: Configure your connection on this next page.  PieSync is designed to sync data two-way, but you can choose to make this one-way by clicking the arrows on the top of the configuration page. Use the "if/then" statements to customize your data sync. You can also customize your connection settings and field mappings on this page. (Watch this video to learn more!) 

Step 5: Once you have your settings how you want them, click "Start Syncing Now" at the bottom right of the page. 

Now you're ready to go — your two systems are syncing live! With PieSync, you can set it and forget it.
